We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable individuals for the following roles in real estate, each playing a critical part in guiding clients through property transactions in the dynamic UAE market.Our client is looking for Consultant who works closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to match clients with suitable properties. They are involved in marketing properties, arranging viewings, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and understand client requirements to recommend appropriate residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information about each listing.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract buyers or tenants, including online listings, open houses, and advertising.
- Assist clients in preparing necessary documentation for transactions.
- Coordinate negotiations and ensure smooth transaction processes between parties.
- Provide updates on market developments and new property opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and sales activity.
Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
- Good understanding of local property market trends.
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Relevant real estate certification or license is an advantage.
