Job Responsibilities- Perform thorough patient evaluations to determine surgical needs and formulate treatment plans
- Carry out a spectrum of general surgical procedures in line with best practice standards
- Oversee perioperative care, ensuring patient safety before, during, and after surgery
- Collaborate effectively with allied health professionals to deliver integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and surgical documentation
- Educate patients and relatives on surgical options, potential risks, and recovery protocols
- Engage in continuous professional development to maintain expertise in surgical advancements
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Completed residency and board certification in General Surgery
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing General Surgeon
- Strong surgical skills with a track record of successful complex surgeries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region or willingness to obtain it
