A leading Real Estate Development organization in the UAE is looking to hire a treasury professional at Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager level to join its finance team. This role will focus on funding, cash management, banking relationships, debt management, and treasury reporting.

• Funding: Support financing activities with local, regional, and international banks
• Banking: Work with banks, advisors, and financial institutions on facilities and funding requirements
• Debt Management: Assist with debt drawdowns, repayments, and facility management
• Cash Flow: Monitor daily cash positions, bank balances, and liquidity
• Forecasting: Manage weekly and monthly cash flow planning with internal teams
• Accounts: Support bank account opening, signatories, and banking documentation
• Investments: Review options for excess cash deployment and yield enhancement
• Risk: Assist with FX, interest rate, and broader treasury risk management
• Reporting: Prepare treasury reports and monitor covenants, guarantees, and record

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience: 8+ years in treasury, corporate finance, or corporate banking
• Region: GCC experience required, UAE preferred
• Sector: Real estate, construction, or contracting exposure is a plus
• Language: Arabic and English preferred
