Hospitality Finance Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a commercially focused Hospitality Finance Manager to oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis across hospitality operations, including hotel and lounge business lines.
The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership to optimise financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and ensure strong governance and cost control across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee full P&L performance across hospitality operations
- Monitor financial and operational performance across Rooms, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Guest Services, and Back-of-House operations
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting exercises
- Analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual performance against budgets and targets
- Identify cost optimisation and operational efficiency opportunities while maintaining service standards
- Support CAPEX planning, investment prioritisation, and resource allocation
- Monitor key operational and commercial KPIs including productivity, occupancy, revenue, and profitability
- Partner with Commercial and Revenue teams to optimise pricing, occupancy, and RevPAR
- Prepare financial models, business cases, ROI analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives and expansion opportunities
- Ensure reporting accuracy, financial governance, and compliance with internal controls
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA preferred
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in hospitality finance, FP&A, or commercial finance
- Strong experience in:
- P&L management
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Financial modelling
- Cost control
- Revenue analysis
- Strong understanding of hospitality KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, GOP, occupancy
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management
- Hotels, hospitality groups, lounges, or premium guest services
- Multi-site or portfolio-level financial oversight
- Revenue optimisation and investment planning
