Employment: Full Time
Knowledge / experience (skills):
Minimum 15 years of experience in project management roles (Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Engineering Manager).Seven years working experience with ADNOC group (preferably ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Gas, and ADNOC Offshore).
Must have experience in managing large detailed design scopes and successful project execution as an engineering manager for ADNOC (Concept, FEED) / EPC projects.
Project manager is accountable for technical integrity of all project deliverables including, but not limited to, drawings, calculations, datasheets, technical specifications, material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, schedules, MTOs, and work volumes in accordance with industry standards, codes, and client specifications.
Lead, coordinate, and manage the discipline groups and the engineering deliverables quality level to avoid non-value-added work and optimize manhours spent on projects.Responsible for quality documentation and reporting any non-compliances for process improvement.
Must have strong experience managing projects on 3D platforms.
Must have experience managing subcontractors effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in engineering discipline or equivalent.Project Management Professional certification.
Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation, or Process engineering background preferable.
