Learning and Development Manager is responsible for driving the company's learning and talent development strategy.
Identifying skill gaps, designing and delivering learning initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous development to support business growth, performance and employee engagement.
Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals and workforce planning.
Partner with senior leadership to assess learning needs and support organizational change initiatives.
Design, implement, coordinate and evaluate training programs including on-boarding, leadership development, soft skills, compliance, digital transformation and digital learning.
Oversee e-learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
Introduce innovative learning methodologies
Define KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness, ROI, and impact on business performance.
Continuously refine programs based on feedback and changing organizational needs.
Act as a subject matter expert on learning trends, technologies, and compliance requirements.
