Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to manage HR operations, enforce compliance, and enhance internal organizational support. The role requires UAE labor law knowledge, multitasking ability, and solid administrative support skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding, employee relations, and exits
Support payroll, leave tracking, and attendance reports
Handle visa processing and government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA)
Coordinate recruitment, screening, and interview logistics
Maintain HR files, policies, and employee documentation
Assist with employee grievance resolution and audits
Other HR-related duties as assigned based on business needs
Requirements
Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Up to 10 years experience, with at least 3 years in UAE
Strong UAE labor law knowledge and HR process fluency
Proficient in Excel, Word, and HR software tools
Fluent in English; Arabic preferred;Compensation
