Channel Operations Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage regular market and channel data efficiently.
• Support channel onboarding processes and manage reward distribution activities.
• Maintain and update announcement outputs, operational help documents, and other related materials.
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement and execute relevant projects and initiatives.
• Provide daily support for channel operations and business activities.
• Address and resolve issues arising from channel and business operations promptly.
• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the blockchain industry, with preference for candidates experienced in contract derivatives or proprietary trading operations.
• Strong skills in problem analysis, communication, and resolution, along with excellent logical thinking and the ability to drive projects forward.
• Proven ability to execute tasks effectively, manage stress, and excel in team communication, coordination, and collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in handling cross-departmental interactions.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong verbal communication skills.
• A solid understanding or keen interest in proprietary trading products.
