Marketing Executive Zalinos Real Estate LLC (Dubai) Russian speaker required

Salary up to 8,000 AED/Month with the potential of growth!

Location: Business Bay

Zalinos Real Estate is hiring a hands-on Marketing Executive to own our social presence, support performance campaigns and help tell the story of our projects across Dubai.

What youll do

• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, engagement, and community interactions
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
• Create paid campaigns (Meta / Google / TikTok ) and track performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS).

• Write engaging content including blogs, social media captions
• Assist in scriptwriting and content planning for video shoots and podcasts

• Engage with audiences across platforms, respond to inquiries, and nurture online communities
• Encourage user-generated content and leverage it for brand storytelling

• Create and shoot short-form videos, captions, basic edits and on-camera content when needed.
• Contribute to brainstorming creative video concepts for TikTok and other platforms
• Ensure all content aligns with Zalinos brand values and marketing strategy
• Support local events, pop-ups and on-ground activations when required.

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate marketing.
• Fluent Russian (spoken & written).
• Strong social media skills content creation, basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, iMovie, etc.).
• Familiar with Meta Ads / Google Ads basics and GA4 / conversion tracking.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with WhatsApp Business marketing, Webflow/Wix/WordPress, or marketing automation tools.
• Background working on property or luxury/retail brands.

• Real responsibility from day one own projects end-to-end.

• Exposure to both performance and brand marketing in real estate.

Salary: 6,000 AED to 8,000 AED

• Working hours from 9:00AM to 6:00PM from Monday to Friday
