Abu Dhabi - Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, and overheads.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to inform project planning and decision-making.
• Manage project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure cost-effective and efficient project execution.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring value for money.
• Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks or issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and manage budgets effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.

Salary: AED 6,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
