Business Development Director Hospitality (Arabic Speaker)
Location: Dubai, UAE
A unique opportunity to lead the hospitality segment for a software provider in MENA. This high-impact role is ideal for an Arabic-speaking commercial leader with experience in selling enterprise SaaS or technology solutions to the hospitality sector, particularly across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
Overview
As Business Development Director, you will own and execute the growth strategy for the hotel vertical across MENA. This role combines strategic partnership development, telco and systems integration channel management, and direct client acquisition.You'll work closely with global hotel brands, local franchisees, and technology partners to deliver scalable digital solutions tailored to the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of a growth strategy across the hospitality sector in MENA.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at both HQ and local levels within global hotel groups.
- Manage and expand channel partnerships with telcos, OEMs, and system integrators in the region.
- Identify and onboard distributors and aggregators to support broader market coverage.
- Drive new sales and renewals, ensuring performance against agreed commercial targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market initiatives.
- Deliver detailed forecasts, reporting, and commercial insights to senior leadership.
- Stay ahead of regional market trends and competitive movements to refine growth plans.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience, including at least 5 years in a sales management role with budget responsibility.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience selling enterprise software or SaaS to the hospitality sector, with strong exposure in KSA.
- Background in key account management, with an established network across hotels, telcos, and aggregators.
- Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to operate independently and deliver results.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A senior role with strategic ownership of a core vertical.
