Role Overview:

As a Business Development & Strategy Associate, you will work closely with the leadership team to execute high-impact initiatives, support strategic partnerships, and enable growth within the circular economy space. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in business development, strategic partnerships, or consulting who are eager to work across functions and contribute to both execution and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of strategic business initiatives in collaboration with senior management.
• Assist in preparing partnership proposals, business cases, and executive presentations tailored to retailers, distributors, and digital platforms.
• Help build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships across the circular economy ecosystem.
• Coordinate and contribute to public-facing communications such as press releases and strategic announcements.
• Organize key meetings, capture and track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, market activity, and business performance; provide summaries and insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Tech teams to align on priorities and deliverables.
• Identify process enhancements to improve efficiency and support scalability.
• Contribute to the execution of special projects and growth-related initiatives led by the leadership team

Requirements:

• 25 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or consulting (not administrative roles).
• Demonstrated experience working on proposals, partnerships, or commercial initiatives.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM or project tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
