Property Sales Agent – Real Estate Development

About the Role

Fakhruddin Properties is looking for ambitious and high-performing Property Sales Agents to drive sales of our premium residential developments across Dubai. We are specifically prioritizing candidates with experience working for property developers those who understand the full cycle of off-plan sales, client servicing, and project-based selling.

• Sell premium private residences developed by Fakhruddin Properties
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads through client meetings and property presentations
• Build strong relationships with both end-users and investors
• Provide expert knowledge on project features, USPs, and payment plans
• Work closely with marketing to follow up on campaign leads and sales funnel performance
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth handover process
• Maintain CRM records, sales reporting, and follow-ups

• 15 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai or the UAE
• Prior experience working with a property developer is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with off-plan and ready property sales
• Up-to-date with RERA regulations and real estate procedures (RERA card is a plus)
• Proactive, self-motivated, and well-groomed
