Job Description
GEMS FirstPoint School is seeking a Data Executive to join our team with an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing school attendance, covering staff absences, maintaining the school's MIS, supporting teaching and learning, and performing general administrative duties as needed.
Skills- Data Management: Proficiency in managing and maintaining data systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and present data findings.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with teaching and administrative staff.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and techniques to improve data management processes.
