Experience Required: CA with minimum 2+ years post-qualification experience of which 1 year in UAE will be preferable.

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and analytically strong Chartered Accountant to join our Business Advisory team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in advisory services, strategic analysis, and client communication.
Position Summary
-Responsible for providing accurate financial data and actionable business insights based on thorough analysis. The role demands agility in financial interpretation, sound judgment aligned with company policies, and a forward-looking advisory approach to support client success.
- Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, budgets, and ensures compliance with relevant accounting and advisory standards.
- Supports Accounting advisory initiatives and ad hoc advisory engagements with a focus on client service excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Establish internal controls and guidelines for business transactions and budget preparation.
Ensure Accounting advisory services are delivered to high standards.
Oversee preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
Ensure reported results comply with financial standards.
Audit client accounts and coordinate with external auditors.
Present recommendations to client management.
Provide financial analysis focused on investments, pricing, and negotiations.
Manage staff responsible for reporting, billing, and budgeting.
Enforce proper advisory methods and practices.
Contribute to digital marketing strategy and content.
Manage daily operations in finance advisory areas:
Month-end and year-end processes
AP/AR, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, utilities
Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
Reconciliations, fixed asset activity, debt activity
Perform other related duties as needed.
Recruit, hire, and evaluate advisory staff.
Coordinate training programs for team development.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in accounting and tax software Zoho books, Xero & QuickBooks
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
2+ years of relevant post-qualification experience
Excellent project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Advanced MS Office and accounting systems expertise
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proven leadership and organizational skills
