About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Motor Claims Specialist to manage true end-to-end motor claims handling within a fast-paced and digitally driven insurance environment in the UAE. The successful candidate will oversee the full claims lifecycle, ensuring efficient resolution, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service standards.

This role requires a strong technical understanding of motor claims processes across the UAE market, combined with the ability to operate confidently within a fully digital claims ecosystem. Fluency in Arabic is essential due to the nature of stakeholder engagement and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Claims Management
  • Handle motor claims from first notification of loss through to final settlement and closure.
  • Ensure accurate assessment, investigation, documentation, and timely resolution of claims.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate effectively with policyholders, repairers, surveyors, legal representatives, and insurers.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service while managing sensitive or escalated claims matters.
Technical Claims Assessment
  • Review coverage, liability, repair estimates, and policy conditions to determine claim validity.
  • Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate concerns in line with internal procedures.
Digital Claims Operations
  • Operate efficiently within digital claims management systems and automated workflows.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to enhancing digital claims capabilities.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
  • Ensure all claims activities comply with UAE insurance regulations and company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with audit and governance requirements.
Collaboration & Performance Management
  • Work closely with underwriting, customer service, and operational teams to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to achieving departmental KPIs relating to turnaround times, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Education & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE motor claims experience with true end-to-end claims handling exposure.
  • Arabic and English fluency is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of UAE motor insurance regulations and claims procedures.
  • Experience working within digital claims platforms and technology-driven environments.
