Role Summary

We are seeking a driven and articulate Telemarketer (SDR) to join our growing call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, initiating outbound calls, and transferring warm opportunities to our team of Sales Executives and Account Managers.

You will be the first voice potential clients hear, so professionalism, clarity, and enthusiasm are essentials.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients based on targeted lead lists.

Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria (e.g., interest in Apple solutions, company size, sector).

Accurately identify customer needs and schedule handoff calls or live transfers to Sales Executives or Account Managers.

Maintain detailed call notes and lead statuses in the CRM (Odoo).

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.

Meet or exceed weekly KPIs for call volume, qualified leads, and successful transfers.

Represent Nuevo and Apple with professionalism, clarity, and product confidence.

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing, call center, or SDR roles (B2B experience preferred).

Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Familiarity with CRM systems and call tools (experience with Ziwo and Odoo is an advantage).

Comfortable working in a high-activity environment with daily performance targets.

Tech-savvy, with an understanding or strong interest in the Apple ecosystem.

Professional, reliable, and customer-oriented mindset.
