What This Role Is About
Our client, a multinational organisation headquartered in China, is expanding its footprint in the UAE and is looking for a Finance Manager, based in Dubai, to support the setup and growth of its regional operations.
This role will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance as the business establishes its presence in the UAE.
You will work closely with senior leadership and global teams to implement financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the commercial expansion in the region.
You will also act as a key finance partner for the local entity, ensuring strong governance and smooth coordination between regional and headquarters teams.
The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit- Mandarin (Chinese language) proficiency is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role within a multinational environment.
- Experience supporting business setup or regional expansion is highly preferred.
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and fast-paced international environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with global teams.
