Team Lead - Inside Sales & Sales Operations

As a Team Lead for Inside Sales and Sales Operations, you will oversee our sales processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure, while also managing and driving results from the inside sales team. You will require a strong blend of operational thinking, hands-on sales leadership, and analytical insight.You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure our sales engine runs smoothly and efficiently, while also directly contributing to pipeline growth and revenue through inside sales management.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and mentor the inside sales team, focused on inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and setting appointments for field sales
- Monitor and improve team performance through metrics such as call activity, lead conversion, and opportunity generation
- Assist in crafting scripts, cadences, and email sequences for outreach
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation campaigns and feedback loops
- Take on account responsibility, where appropriate
- Own and optimise sales processes, CRM workflows, pipeline reporting, and sales enablement tools
- Develop dashboards and performance metrics to track sales KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Implement and maintain forecasting models and sales planning processes
- Work with Sales Director and Team Leads to streamline lead management, sales processes and team support.
- Ensure clean, accurate, and timely data management within the CRM and other sales tools
- Lead onboarding and continuous training for sales reps on systems, tools, and best practices
- High school/ Secondary school
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, or revenue operations, with at least 1 year in a team lead or managerial capacity
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and sales automation tools
- Strong understanding of inside sales techniques & processes
- Strong Organisational skills
- Persuasive with strong communication skills to close deals
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcome out of all sales interactions
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
