Procurement Coordinator

Job Description
- Identify and develop local & international suppliers for Oil & Gas products and services
- Source alternate/backup suppliers to reduce supply risk
- Conduct market research and maintain updated supplier database
- Manage vendor pre-qualification and registration -ADNOC, NMDC, & Taqa
- Collect and verify supplier documents -Trade License, ISO, HSE, ICV Certifications
- Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and prepare comparison reports
- Coordinate technical clarifications with engineering/sales teams
- Ensure compliance with client technical, quality & HSE requirements
- Support tendering and bid submissions
- Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement planning
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (preferred)
- Up to 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas procurement/trading
- Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas materials and supplier markets
- Experience with vendor registration processes Adnoc prefered
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Strong numerical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluent English communication Mandatory
