We are recruiting a proactive Marketing Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. Based in Dubai, the successful candidate will play a central role in the smooth delivery of marketing activities across our schools in the UAE and GCC. This role will be the main point of contact for managing marketing requests from school teams, ensuring each request is properly briefed, scheduled, and delivered through collaboration with the internal marketing team.
The Marketing Operations Executive will also be responsible for coordinating projects, managing supplier relationships, supporting budget tracking, and compiling marketing reports and newsletters. This is a highly collaborative role and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys being the engine behind operational marketing success.
Key Responsibilities Include- Manage marketing requests via Monday.com, ensure briefs are complete, assign tasks, and monitor delivery.
- Compile monthly and termly reports, tracking KPIs like web traffic, digital performance, and social media engagement.
- Process invoices, maintain budget records, and assist with financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Assist in executing campaigns and events, maintaining brand consistency and timelines.
- Plan, draft, and distribute monthly school newsletters and analyse performance.
- Liaise with suppliers, follow procurement policies, and coordinate KHDA submissions.
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years in marketing coordination or admin (education/agency experience a plus)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and budget tracking
- A team player with flexibility to travel within the UAE and GCC
