Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as business development, reporting, regular lead generating
• Responsible for developing client relationships and creating efficient processes
• Closing roles in a timely manner
• Liaising with clients effectively, managing negotiations and ensuring timely updates
• Managing the 360 recruitment process from briefing to offer extension
• Continuous process improvement and involvement in projects as need
• Ability to meet key clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Attending conferences and exhibitions as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2/3 years experience in recruitment across sectors is a must
• Pro-active with a can do attitude is a must have
• Experience generating new client leads and networking is preferred
• Target oriented and self motivated
• Excellent client relationship management
• Ability to work independently
