We're looking for a driven Operations Executive to join our core team and help scale our business operations. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who wants to grow fast, take ownership, and contribute directly to building a regional brand.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, logistics, and vendor communications
- Support order management and product tracking for UAE & KSA
- Help build efficient internal processes and documentation
- Assist with CRM data entry, project timelines, and sales coordination
- Work across teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution
- Gain exposure to multiple business functions and strategic projects
What We're Looking For:
- 13 years of experience in operations, logistics, or business support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, CRM tools, and process documentation
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Experience in real estate, tech, or B2B businesses in UAE/KSA
