THE ROLE
As Medical Director, you are a key ambassador of the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie, delivering the most advanced longevity solutions within a luxury environment. This is a dual role: you lead the Hub's medical operations and you practise medicine every day, seeing guests in consultation as a physician.Our commitment is to help and inspire our guests to live a healthier, longer and fuller life — guided by the principle that the earlier the intervention, the more elegant the outcome, and that preservation is always more powerful than rescue.
(Note: Maintain relationships with local medical authorities and serve as the designated medical authority within the Hub, in accordance with the responsibilities and duties of a Medical Director as defined by local regulatory requirements.)
You create and maintain a culture of care and service excellence, lead the efficient and effective delivery of all medical operations, including short and long-term strategic planning — and embody the CLP philosophy of biological authenticity: interventions that work with the guest's biology, never against it, so that results look natural, durable and entirely faithful to the person.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Medical practice- Practise medicine daily — consult with guests, understand their concerns and goals, diagnose, analyze check-up results and ensure a global, longitudinal management of their health all across the 4 pillars of the CLP Longevity Method (Medical, Nutrition, Wellbeing and Movement)
- Establish and maintain medical protocols, and fully understand the internal processes of all departments.
- Deliver care across the three dimensions of the CLP method — prevention, which protects biological function before visible decline; maintenance, which sustains results through longitudinal follow-up; and amplification, which actively improves quality through targeted intervention.
- Prescribe or administer medication, therapy and other specialized medical care, selecting interventions that work with the guest's anatomy and biology
- Supervise the execution of the consultations, tests and treatments included in the membership; explain procedures and discuss results and prescribed treatments with guests.
- Provide health and wellness advice — diet, physical activity, hygiene and disease prevention and support guests on long-term, regenerative and preventive treatment plans.
- Master the key applications of new anti-aging and regenerative technologies — ozone therapy, IV drips, toxicity evaluation testing and detoxification plans.
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date medical records and prepare official health documents when required.
- Participate in the recruitment of new physicians and medical team members.
- Organize weekly meetings with the medical team and report monthly to the Global Medical Director.
- Manage the establishment and continuous monitoring of the medical licence, maintaining the relationship with local medical authority, monitoring the regulatory landscape.
- Implement the compliance procedures requested by corporate.
- Establish Local Operating Procedures (LOP) and keep the KMS updated for all local procedures and compliance documents.
- Monitor procedure execution against corporate quality standards, gather improvement points and address the learning curve with the Hub pillar teams.
- Secure the application of infection control and medical-waste management while monitoring nursing activity, and oversee the stock of medical consumables and the procurement process.
- Ensure the continuous update of the Client Health Record and related incident reporting, liaising with local authorities where needed, and manage record exchange with the Montreux Health Resort under the Data Transfer Agreement.
- Oversee the guest journey — from appointments through to the follow-up plan foreseen by the membership program.
- Implement and monitor external providers that enhance Hub treatments (laboratory tests, cognitive exercises and others).
- Oversee the maintenance plans of longevity equipment and coordinate support interventions as defined by supplier contracts.
- Report daily to the Hub General Manager, and monthly to the Corporate Medical Director and the Corporate Medical & Longevity Operational Excellence Director.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD), licence eligible to practise in the UAE (DHA / DoH). A specialty in Internal Medicine, Functional Medicine or Aesthetic Surgery is a plus.
- Internal Medicine Certification or recognition from a leading university (QS World University medicine rankings), ideally complemented by certification in anti-aging and regenerative medicine.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience in the chosen specialty, with a genuine passion for both people and science and a real interest in longevity and preventive medicine.
- A practising clinician, comfortable seeing guests every day and combining hands-on medical practice with the leadership of a medical team; able to prescribe and administer medications and other non-surgical treatments.
- Knowledge of skin and facial aging as a multi-tissue, multi-level process, and of regenerative, aesthetic and lifestyle interventions that amplify healthspan rather than merely correcting appearance.
- Wide knowledge of aging research — biomarkers of aging, biological-age testing, and longevity therapies addressing senescence-driven decline; scientific publications and society memberships are an advantage.
- Strong ability to lead a multicultural team, with a confident presence, a self-driven attitude and a positive mindset.
- Able to travel to Switzerland and other CLP locations for training, and to complete CLP's onboarding and refresher programs.
