We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team specializing in exhibition and event manufacturing in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality exhibitions and events that meet client expectations.

• Manage and coordinate the planning and execution of exhibitions and events from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives for exhibitions and events.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring all materials and exhibits are manufactured to high standards and delivered on time.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all logistical elements are in place.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess outcomes and gather feedback for future improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in project management within the exhibitions and events industry.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
• Familiarity with the local exhibition and events landscape in the UAE and Gulf region.
• Knowledge of design and production processes related to exhibits and events.
