Operations & Driver Coordinator

Company: Coming Passenger Transport By Luxury Vehicles LLC

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Driver Coordinator to support our daily limousine operations and manage driver-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage drivers attendance and daily reporting
• Track traffic fines and communicate them clearly to drivers
• Maintain and update driver files (contracts, licenses, visa documents, etc.)
• Record driver advances, petty cash, and deductions accurately in the system
• Follow up with drivers on outstanding balances and compliance matters
• Coordinate with management for approvals related to deductions and settlements
• Support day-to-day fleet and operations activities

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, transport, or logistics (preferred)
• Basic understanding of cash handling, advances, and deductions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with drivers firmly
• Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
