To ensure timely and successful tenancy renewals, maximize tenant retention, maintain property manager satisfaction, manage tenancy-related legal matters, and support the company's revenue objectives through effective lease renewal administration and dispute resolution coordination.

Job Summary

The Renewal Executive is responsible for managing tenancy contract renewals, coordinating with property manager and tenants, negotiating renewal terms, ensuring compliance with UAE tenancy regulations, handling tenancy-related legal documentation, coordinating rental dispute cases, and maximizing tenant retention while protecting the interests of property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track tenancy contract expiry dates.
• Initiate renewal discussions with tenants within the prescribed notice period.
• Coordinate renewal approvals with property manager.
• Prepare and issue renewal notices in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Negotiate renewal terms, rental rates, and payment plans where authorized.
• Coordinate contract execution and renewal completion within required timelines.

• Maintain positive relationships with tenants.
• Address tenant concerns related to renewals and tenancy matters.
• Handle renewal inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Work to improve tenant retention and satisfaction.
• Escalate disputes and tenancy issues to management when required.

• Advise property manager regarding market rental trends and renewal options.
