Trusted by leading businesses in India, Crib App is now expanding into the GCC market with a strong focus on the UAE.
We are looking for an energetic, driven, and market-savvy Business Development Executive – UAE to work directly with the founders and help build our presence in Dubai and the wider GCC market.
About the Role
This is not a desk-only sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the ground, meeting customers, making calls, generating opportunities, and helping close deals.
You will play a key role in helping Crib App grow in the UAE market by identifying prospects, booking meetings, meeting customers, building relationships, and supporting closures.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an early growth journey and work closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate leads in the UAE real estate / property management sector
- Make outbound calls, follow-ups, and qualify opportunities
- Schedule and attend client meetings across Dubai/UAE
- Support product demos and sales discussions with founders
- Build relationships with property managers, landlords, developers, and operators
- Maintain sales pipeline and update lead status regularly
- Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements
- Help drive deals from first conversation to closure
- Represent Crib App professionally in meetings and events
- Based in Dubai
- 2+ years experience in Business Development / Sales / Field Sales
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Hindi speaking is a strong advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and client visits
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Startup mindset with willingness to hustle and grow
- Real estate / SaaS / B2B sales experience is a plus
- Work directly with founders
