Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in FMCG (spices, fresh foods, or similar)
- Proven experience in export sales and international market expansion
- Strong leadership experience managing multi-location sales teams
- In-depth knowledge of Local market and export procedures
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Valid driving license (preferred)
