About the Role:
Metropolitan Premium Properties is expanding its leadership team and is looking for a Secondary Market Sales Manager to oversee and grow a team of brokers focused on Dubai&aposs resale (secondary) market. Whether you&aposre an experienced manager or a top-performing broker ready to take the next step in your career, this role offers the platform, support, and opportunity to lead while continuing to close deals yourself across both secondary and off-plan segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of secondary market brokers (management experience is a plus, not a must).
- Drive team performance by supporting brokers with deal structuring, negotiations, and closing.
- Actively work on your own client portfolio, closing both secondary and off-plan transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brokers have access to top listings, quality leads, and full marketing support.
- Conduct regular training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
- Help recruit, onboard, and develop new brokers to strengthen the team.
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity.
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience as a real estate broker in the Dubai secondary market is essential.
- Prior management experience is an advantage, but not mandatory leadership potential and sales track record are key.
- Familiarity with both resale and off-plan transaction processes.
- A natural leader with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing team.
- Proficient with CRM systems and digital tools.
- Holds a valid UAE driving license and own car.
