Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell premium branded real estate projects (villas, apartments, penthouses) to qualified investors and end-users.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and viewings with international and local clientele.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential buyers and agencies through networking, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with in-house and external agencies to ensure maximum exposure and visibility of assigned projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the luxury property market, competitors, pricing trends, and exclusive project launches.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and CRM teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes.
- Provide feedback to senior management on client trends and product preferences.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 35 years of sales experience in real estate, preferably with developers such as
- Strong understanding of luxury lifestyle markets and buyer psychology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Well-groomed, articulate, and confident in dealing with high-profile clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
