Digital Performance Manager- Real Estate

Salary: Starting from 15,000 AED

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is critical in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to support our sales agents and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be experienced in digital outreach, CRM tools, data-driven marketing, and have a strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and monitor social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, and Twitter to increase brand visibility.
• Create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with followers to boost community engagement.
• Analyze and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
• Oversee advanced campaign strategies on Meta platforms, including audience retargeting, lookalike audiences, and multi-channel integrations.

Digital Advertising:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Manage the budget for digital ads, ensuring optimal ROI for all campaigns.
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to ensure ads are effectively driving leads and conversions.
• Manage budgets for advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI and brand visibility.

CRM Management:

• Manage and optimize the agency's CRM system to ensure effective lead tracking, customer segmentation, and communication.
• Use CRM tools to automate marketing workflows, sending personalized messages and ensuring timely follow ups.
• Establish automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer relationship management.
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends, lead conversion opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Strong understanding of Bitrix24 and Zapier.
• Email, WhatsApp, and Offline Marketing Campaigns:
• Design and manage personalized email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation for targeted engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, using insights to refine strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing efforts, including traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and lead generation.

Continuously improve campaigns based on performance data and industry trends.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on real estate or related industries.
• Proven expertise in social media management, SEO, digital advertising, and website analytics.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and the latest industry trends.
• Excellent writing, communication, and content creation skills.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO strategies, and online advertising.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytics skills.
• Ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Project management and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of web design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
