Job Summary:

You will act as the key point of contact between clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales performance targets.
• Identify client requirements and offer tailored property solutions.
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Conduct thorough market research to remain up to date with property trends and values.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and documentation.
• Ensure all transactions adhere to legal requirements and company standards.
• Expand the client base through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Off-Plan property sales.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities (Chinese, Russian, etc.) are a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE property laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with UAE attestation (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
