We are seeking an energetic and proactive HR Manager who will serve as a business partner to the Founder and play a critical role in shaping our people strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for employee engagement, a deep understanding of HR systems, and a proven track record in driving retention, performance, and growth.
You will be responsible for building and implementing core HR programs and practices that align with our vision of becoming a "Great Place to Work", while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Retention & Engagement- Design and implement an employee retention plan based on data, engagement insights, and exit trends.
- Launch and manage a performance-based bonus and recognition program to drive motivation and loyalty.
- Proactively address attrition risks and conduct stay/exit interviews.
- Develop and roll out employee satisfaction surveys, analyse results, and present improvement plans.
- Oversee performance management systems and ensure fair and structured evaluations.
- Coach managers in giving developmental feedback and building team morale.
- Implement a succession planning framework to identify and develop internal talent pipelines.
- Create individual development plans (IDPs) and facilitate learning paths for high-potential employees.
- Drive a culture of internal mobility and structured career progression.
- Benchmark compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Review and improve benefit offerings to enhance employee value proposition (EVP).
- Manage payroll inputs, bonus planning, and annual salary reviews.
- Evaluate learning and development needs across departments through surveys, discussions, and performance data.
- Implement L&D strategies, including the design of internal training programs and learning practices aligned with organisational goals.
- Create and promote a culture of continuous learning that engages and motivates employees.
- Define organisational levels, role clarity, and reporting structures.
- Design and refine HR processes and SOPs for scalability and efficiency.
- Support change management initiatives related to growth or restructuring.
- Lead the initiative to achieve and maintain Great Place to Work certification.
- Drive continuous improvement in trust, pride, and camaraderie within the workplace.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Act as the Founder’s confidant and business partner on people-related decisions.
- Collaborate with managers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals and requirements.
- Bring a culturally aligned perspective to sensitive organisational matters.
- Provide strategic insights to shape leadership decisions and align HR to business goals.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business administration or human resources management.
- 8+ years of HR Manager or HR Business Partner experience with 4 years of HR leadership.
- CIPD qualifications is a must
- Proven experience in HR management with a strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and establish rapport with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
