We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join a prestigious Government entity based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in sales and event management to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
- Identify new markets and potential client segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and tailored client solutions
- Identify and convert leads into business opportunities
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand networks
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports for senior management
- Lead client meetings and product demos
- Drive deal negotiations and present proposals
- Support marketing and cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior team members as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
- 23 years of experience in event planning and management
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- CRM system proficiency
- Certified Sales Professional is a plus
- Knowledge of the local market and industry network is an advantage
