Scarlett Poppies is a fast-growing brand of ready-to-wear and resort wear that is designed and crafted by artisans who are dedicated to creating eternal styles. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai and report to the Sales Manager.

As a Sales Executive at Scarlett Poppies, your responsibilities will be coordinating wholesale sales efforts, both domestically and internationally, extending to maintaining our Dubai showroom & sample collections, and exploring new market opportunities.

This role may require travel to attend trade shows and other events. Excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of fashion products are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating wholesale sales operations both locally and internationally

Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, distributors, and wholesale clients

Identifying new wholesale opportunities and securing accounts in untapped markets

Representing Scarlett Poppies at trade shows, pop-ups, and seasonal sales events

Assisting with sales materials including line sheets, lookbooks, and product presentations

Tracking and managing orders, showroom samples, and client follow-ups

Supporting business development with international market research and lead generation

Maintaining accurate sales records and preparing insightful sales reports and analysis

Updating and managing the company CRM system

Collaborating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries

Contributing to sales forecasts, budgeting, and strategic planning

Staying up to date with global fashion trends and wholesale market movements

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Fluent in English (other languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, or German are a plus)

Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment

Highly organized with excellent communication and presentation skills

Passionate about fashion and confident engaging with clients and stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital sales tools (experience with CRM systems, JOOR, or NuORDER is a plus)

Comfortable with international travel and in possession of (or able to obtain) a valid passport with sufficient validity for upcoming business trips

Experienced in wholesale fashion sales or business development (24 years preferred)

Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is an advantage
