Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic B2B Sales Executive to drive growth by acquiring and managing real estate companies, property managers, holiday home operators, and developers onto our real estate listing platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong knowledge of the real estate industry, and excellent client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the real estate sector (brokerages, developers, holiday homes, property managers, etc.).
  • Pitch and present the platform's value proposition to potential business clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to onboard clients onto the platform.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitors activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the real estate, proptech, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly understand and promote a digital platform.
  • Fluent in [language requirement if any, e.g., English other languages are a plus].
  • UAE Real Estate market experience (if applicable) is highly desirable.
