Real Estate Agent – Secondary Market & Leasing(Commission-Based)
About the Role:
BSM Property is building a high-performance secondary market and property management team in Dubai.
We are hiring Sales & Leasing Consultants who are serious about earning, growing, and performing in a structured environment.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, designed for individuals who want to build a real career in Dubai real estate.

What You'll Do- Generate listings within assigned communities
- Prospect landlords and property owners
- Conduct property viewings
- Qualify tenants and buyers
- Negotiate and close rental and sales transactions
- Introduce and promote property management services to landlords
- Manage client relationships from first contact to closing
- Maintain accurate CRM updates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- UAE driving license (mandatory)
Freshers with a strong sales personality are welcome.
Experienced agents with a proven track record in the UAE market may qualify for an adjusted compensation structure (Basic + Commissions).
