Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Leasing Coordinator to join our real estate leasing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating with clients, and supporting the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily inquiries from potential tenants via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Coordinate property viewings and follow up with clients
• Maintain and update property listings on portals and CRM systems
• Assist in preparing leasing contracts and required documentation
• Ensure all client data is accurately recorded and updated
• Coordinate with property owners and internal teams
• Support in closing deals and achieving leasing targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate or leasing (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Sharjah
