Salary range and Benefits: AED 7-8K + Commission + Allowances (Insurance + Mobile)

Job Description:

• Client Acquisition: Attracting new clients through various means, including online outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
• Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase business and market share.
• Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions.
• Proposal and Pitching: Preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Sales Cycle Management: Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure.
• Market Research: Identifying and researching new market opportunities.
• Risk Management: Identifying and managing company risks that could hinder growth.
• Collaboration: Working with other team members to ensure a collaborative and effective sales process.

Minimum requirements:

• 2-5 years experience in similar industry of Cleaning Services (B2B) Ducts cleaning, water tank, Faade or any related facility management services
• preferred to be from UAE market
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
• Driving License is required
