Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Front Office Receptionist will manage daily front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle phone calls, and assist with general administrative tasks.Other responsibilities include maintaining records, scheduling appointments, coordinating with team members, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
Qualifications- Excellent Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle calls professionally
- Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties and managing Front Office operations
- Strong Customer Service orientation with a focus on creating a positive visitor experience
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain an efficient front-desk area
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and office software (MS Office)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
