DeliWer aims to make relocation and daily living in Dubai seamless and eco-friendly.
Role Description
This is a temporary, remote role for a Real Estate Broker in Dubai. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting with property transactions, liaising with clients to meet their real estate needs, and providing exceptional customer service.Day-to-day tasks may include facilitating the buying, selling, or renting of properties, advising on market trends, and ensuring smooth property negotiations and closings.
Qualifications- Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate transactions
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations applicable to Dubai
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote and temporary capacity
- Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms and tools for real estate processes
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages common in Dubai are a plus
- Valid brokerage or real estate license for practice in Dubai
