Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of food, service, and atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Service:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and ambiance to maintain brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Create a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Experience:

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests receive excellent service.
• Collect and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve service.

Financial Management:

• Monitor budgets and control costs including labor, food, and overhead.
• Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory and ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.

Marketing & Promotion:

• Assist in implementing local marketing strategies and promotions.
• Coordinate events or special menus to boost traffic and sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Financial literacy and experience with budgeting, POS systems, and inventory software.
