Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Sales) – Facilities Management

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and capable of generating leads through direct outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients across commercial, residential and industrial sectors
• Promote and sell FM services including:

1. AC Duct Cleaning
2. Water tank cleaning
3. Kitchen exhaust system cleaning
4. Grease trap cleaning
5. Drain line / jetting services
6. AC Maintenance

• Conduct field sales activities, including cold visits, site visits, and direct client engagement
• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Understand client requirements, conduct site surveys and prepare customized proposals and quotations
• Follow up consistently with prospects to close sales and convert leads into business
• Maintain and update a sales pipeline and client database
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of jobs and client satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insights

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales / business development (preferably in FM, cleaning, or services industry)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work on the field and meet clients daily
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• UAE driving license is Mandatory
