Aetram Finserv is looking to hire motivated and ambitious UAE Nationals who are interested in building a career in Sales, Forex Trading, and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities- Sales & Client Engagement
- Support the sales team in client acquisition and relationship management
- Engage with prospective clients and introduce financial products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients
- Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives
- Forex & Financial Market Exposure
- Develop understanding of Forex, trading platforms, and financial products
- Support clients with basic trading-related queries
- Stay updated on market trends and financial news
- Work closely with senior team members to learn trading and investment concepts
- Business Development Support
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation initiatives
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and networking events
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions
- Learning & Development
- Participate in structured training programs in Forex and Financial Services
- Gain exposure to sales strategies, client management, and financial products
- Continuously build knowledge in financial markets and investment solutions
- UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in Sales and Financial Markets
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of finance (preferred but not mandatory)
- Customer-focused mindset
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
