The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior executives, directors, and business leaders. This position ensures efficient day-to-day operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and supporting key business activities.

ROLE OBJECTIVE
Provide high-level administrative and executive support
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate meetings, events, and communications
Organize business documents and records efficiently
Support executives with operational and administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Ensure smooth daily office and executive operations

Manage executive calendars and daily schedules
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
Prioritize activities and resolve scheduling conflicts
Send meeting invitations and reminders
Maximize executive time and productivity
Communication & Correspondence
Manage emails and professional correspondence
Screen calls and respond to inquiries appropriately
Draft letters, reports, presentations, and communications
Prepare agendas and meeting materials
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders
Travel & Event Coordination
Arrange business travel, accommodation, and transportation
Prepare travel itineraries and supporting documents
Coordinate conferences, meetings, and executive events
Manage logistics for client and stakeholder visits
Ensure smooth and professional event execution
Administrative & Office Support
Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
Prepare reports, presentations, and business materials
Organize information and document management systems
Track tasks, deadlines, and action items
Support efficient office operations
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal departments and external partners
Coordinate communications on behalf of executives
Build and maintain professional relationships
