Position purpose

The manager leads functionally indirect teams of key users, SMEs, and consultants and collaborates closely with external logistics service providers as well as internal customer service and demand & supply planning teams.

• Design and deploy a roadmap to transform Sephora's logistics footprint in the region to support business growth.
• Manage project execution for all logistics vendor and/or site transitions across the region.
• Ensure project governance and risk management for all transition projects.
• Prepare tender packages for logistics service providers by defining scope, objectives, and key requirements.
• Collaborate and align with all regional and global stakeholders to ensure group standards and other functional requirements are met.
• Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to warehouse locations.
• Lead negotiation and selection of the most suitable logistics service providers.
• Manage tenders and transitions in a timely manner and within budgets.
• Oversee operational startup phases including training, stakeholder communication, and performance monitoring.
• Define and continuously improve service level agreements (SLAs).

• Degree holder in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with strong logistics operations and 3PL management expertise.
• Good understanding of the logistics landscape in the Middle East.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to balance priorities, is resilient, dynamic, and results-driven.
• Able to make decisions in a complex and volatile environment.
• Needs to have excellent authentic communication and influencing skills and be energized by working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Managerial experience in logistics transformation or related fields.
