Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and issue job offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracker for reporting purposes.
Onboarding & Induction
  • Facilitate new hire orientation programs.
  • Ensure smooth joining processes including documentation, IT setup, and induction schedule.
HR Support
  • Assist with HR documentation, record-keeping, and HRIS updates.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure recruitment and HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Who Fits the Legends Seat
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes.
