- Manage outsourced vendors, service contracts, and operational performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, KPIs, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong background in facilities, operations, customer service, vendor management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
