Join our Customer Service Operations team as an Intern in Dubai, UAE, where you will gain practical experience in customer support, coordination, reporting, and daily operational activities.
What are my responsibilities- Support the team with daily customer service and administrative tasks.
- Assist in following up on customer requests and inquiries.
- Help maintain records, reports, and trackers.
- Support the preparation of presentations and documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general office support.
- Learn about customer service operations in the airport logistics industry.
- Currently studying or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Organized, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
- Positive attitude and good attention to detail.
